On the 23rd September 2003 Secure Technology Group Ltd. completed and signed contracts with
Guildsoft Ltd, to allow Guildsoft to re-publish the entire range of KeyDrive Products. This three year deal will provide our company with much needed marketing and production support and will allow
Secure Technology to build a very significant market share in the shortest possible time. The agreement covers the UK and Scandinavia initially, with Europe and the USA following on within the next few months.
It was important to maintain the Secure Technology identity and product naming conventions and
Guildsoft were in agreement that this brand promotion was important to our group. The products will retain their Secure Technology Group identity and will feature co-branding for
Guildsoft, allowing us to take advantage of their considerable market presence.
The Guildsoft contract will allow us to work with BVRP (Guildsoft's Parent Company) and AvenQuest, the groups global publishing division. This will ensure a global marketing strategy for all Secure Technology Products while maintaining our own brand and features,
said CEO, David Case.
Guildsoft will assume all responsibility for sales, marketing, production and product support with immediate effect.
Secure Technology responsibilities will be the formation and maintenance of divisional support offices to handle local business and sales issues within the major territories of The USA, Canada, Scandinavia and Europe.
Secure Technology regional offices will retain responsibility for sales within their territories - but with the global visibility now available, this should become easier. We will all need to work extremely hard to ensure this opportunity delivers on the excellent promise offered by a contract with first class partners like
Guildsoft, BVRP and AvenQuest.
